The payments team may on occasion ask for a photo before approving a transaction as an extra security measure to safeguard our users' capital.
What you must include in the selfie:
- A pen and paper
- A valid form of identification.
- A Camera.
Your entire face, your ID, and a piece of paper bearing your signature, the withdrawal date, the currency and the withdrawal amount must all be clearly visible in the selfie. All of the above must be seen in ONE picture.
Whilst taking this image, please feel free to make use of a timer. If this option is not available, you may also hold the documents in one hand and take your selfie.
